What do I need for an online therapy session?
All you need is a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone. Sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video platform for confidentiality.

 

How long are sessions?
Most sessions last 50-80 minutes, depending on your needs. I also offer intensives in EMDR and ART therapies. 

 

Can I do therapy from different locations?
Yes! Whether you're at home, at the office, or even traveling within BC & Ontario, you can access therapy anywhere.

 

What if I’m not comfortable with video?
That’s completely okay! We offer phone-based counselling sessions as well, so you can choose the format that feels best for you.
